1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FoxBox services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

FoxBox provides secure vehicle storage and warehouse rental services in the UAE. Each booking grants you access to a designated storage unit for the duration of your rental period.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled before the start date for a full refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations after the rental period has begun.

5. Liability

FoxBox provides secure storage facilities but is not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for stored vehicles.

6. Access Rules

Each storage unit comes with a unique QR code for access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials. Sharing access codes with unauthorized persons is prohibited.
